1. Service Agreements

By booking a service with Crystal Termite Masters, you agree to the terms outlined here.
We provide pest control services as described on our website and as discussed during booking. Service outcomes depend on pest type, property condition, and follow-up compliance by the client.

2. Liability Clauses

While we use industry-approved techniques and products, Crystal Termite Masters is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing pest damage
  • Re-infestations due to lack of maintenance or new pest introduction
  • Property damage resulting from concealed structural issues

3. Payment Terms

All payments are due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or online transfers. Invoices for commercial clients must be paid within 14 days of issue unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policies

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a call-out fee.
  • Refunds will only be processed for cancellations made within the notice period.
  • If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us, we’ll make it right with a follow-up visit or partial refund, depending on the situation.
